This memorial plaque with screw on date plates is
available in many sizes and design configurations
depending upon your requirements. It is typically
done in a 12" by 24" or 14" by 24" size. This
is only one configuration for this bronze plaque. The
bottom half of this memorial plaque may be filled
with up to 6 (or more) lines of text telling the
story of the lives of the individuals being memorialized.
It is shown with a pebbled texture and a dark oxide
background color. It is available in any of
